Please check your arrival transfer details in the attached file. If your name is missing from the list and you required a transfer arranged by us please contact us immediately.

The cost of Microbus/Bus transfer is 35 EUR/pers/trip. The cost of taxi is 120 EUR/journey to be shared by number of passenger. The transfer fee is payable to Ms. Margo Nagy upon arrival at the conference venue in cash.

The departure will be arranged at the venue. Presumably, there will be two buses for return from Keszthely to Budapest Airport on Friday, 17th June.

Furthermore, we recommend for all the contributors to check the conference program (Program). Just in case if you are not sure whether your contribution is accepted, as a rule of thumb all talks are accepted provided an abstract has been sent to us before the deadline. Those who did not sent an abstract are still encouraged to present a poster.
